Accessing Servers Attached to the Xyplex

This is the most common operation when deploying the Xyplex as a console server.

In order to access the console of an attached server, telnet to it on the appropriate port number, defined as such:

	(2000 + 100 * (attached port number))
So for example the server attached to port 3 would be accessible via the following command:
        telnet xyplexHostnameOrIp 2300

Once you connect, you should be talking to the serial port of the attached device, which is presumably configured as a serial console. If you don't see a prompt, try hitting your return key a couple of times.
